Power Rod Dimensions:

• Length: 48 1/4" long
• Coated Rod: 9/16" OD
• Uncoated Rod (part of rod that mounts into box): 1/2" OD

Replacing the Rod is Super Easy

1. Remove the screw from the bottom of the rod; set it aside for the new rod.
2. Pull the rod from the rod holder box.
3. Install the new rod with the screw removed from the old rod.

The manufacturer recommends that you replace the power rods on both sides to keep the resistance level equal.
