• This replacement will work on any BowFlex home gym equipment that uses the power rods.
• Rod provides 30lbs of resistance.

Power Rod Dimensions:

• Length: 48 1/4" long
• Coated Rod: 7/8" OD
• Uncoated Rod (part of rod that mounts into box): 3/4" OD

The manufacturer recommends that you replace the power rods on both sides to keep the resistance level equal.
