Replacement 50lb Power Rod for BowFlex Home Gym Equipment
- This power rod replacement is for use with BowFlex home gym equipment.
- Power rods get worn after time causing them to provide less resistance.
- Rod provides 50lbs of resistance.
- Rod includes the weight cap.
Power Rod Dimensions:

- Coated Rod: 1" OD
- Uncoated Rod (part of rod that mounts into box): 7/8" OD
Replacing the Rod is Super Easy
- Remove the screw from the bottom of the rod; set it aside for the new rod.
- Pull the rod from the rod holder box.
- Install the new rod with the screw removed from the old rod.
The manufacturer recommends that you replace the power rods on both sides to keep the resistance level equal.
