30lb BowFlex Power Rod Replacement for Home Gym Equipment
- This replacement will work on any BowFlex home gym equipment that uses the power rods.
- Rod provides 30lbs of resistance.
Power Rod Dimensions:
- Length: 48 1/4" long
- Coated Rod: 7/8" OD
- Uncoated Rod (part of rod that mounts into box): 3/4" OD
Replacing the Rod is Super Easy
- Remove the screw from the bottom of the rod; set it aside for the new rod.
- Pull the rod from the rod holder box.
- Install the new rod with the screw removed from the old rod.
The manufacturer recommends that you replace the power rods on both sides to keep the resistance level equal.
