• Pressure-sensitive adhesive labels position easily, adhere firmly and resist peeling
• Identify weights with black numbers on white background

Weight Increments are:

• 5 thru 100lbs in 5lb increments
• 1 thru 22lbs in 1lb increments
• 110 thru 300lbs in 10lb increments
• 215, 245 and 275lbs

Label Dimensions:

• Height (Width) - approx. 5/8"
  • Not recommended for weight stack plates that are less than 5/8" thick
• Length - approx. 1 3/4"
