Replacement main pulley fits LifeFitness 95X Elevation Crosstrainers.
If the main pulley on the main drive shaft is loose and/or making noise on your LifeFitness 95X Elevation Crosstrainer, it may be due to a single set screw used in the main pulley collar. (This was an issue which has been addressed in production; however, some units in the field may still experience this problem.) The way to correct the issue is by removing the existing set screw. Insert three (3) of this new square head mounting screw one at a time (until all 3 screws are inserted) into the collar of the main pulley. Tighten each screw (one at a time) to 120-144 inch/lbs.
