Crank bearing kit comes with the crank bearings, bearing nuts, tab washer, and lock nut. The plastic/nylon bearing spacers do not come in this kit. If bearing spacers are worn (will experience up and down looseness in crank arm), they can only be replaced by purchasing the crank & bearing complete assembly with pulley.
