It is recommended that the cause for failure of old motor be identified and corrected prior to install of new motor.

Landice has changed from a Baldor brand motor to a McMillan brand motor. If changing from a Baldor brand motor, you must also replace the drive motor bracket for proper mounting of this McMillan brand motor.
