This is a .5 ohm/100 watt wire wound, ceramic core, vitreous enamel or silicone coated resistor. The resistor is 3.5 inches long and fits the StairMaster 4200PT, 4400PT, and 4600PT as well as some CrossRobics 1650LE units.
