This grip cap fits some models of strength by Life Fitness and Cybex. 

The grip cap has set screws. The set screws tighten around the frame post at the end of the grip. 

This grip cap works on the Pro 2 series, Signature series, Optima, Insignia, and Hammer Select to name a few by Life Fitness.
